Q: I have never done yoga before! Can I join a group class?
A: If you're an absolute beginner it's best to join a group class after following an individual with Susan session so you can learn the basics and better understand your own personal needs.
Q: What language do you teach in?
A: Given the international nature of the groups, classes are offered in English, but French is also used as necessary.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Everything we use in class is provided for you. If you have a yoga mat you can bring it along if you prefer to use your own. Extra-long, eco-friendly, dark blue yoga mats can be purchased for 25 euro (60 x 200 cm, 4.5 mm thick).
Q: Do I have to register for a class?
A: Space is limited, so please don't arrive unannounced to a class. Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You can enquire about reserving a space by email, sms or in person.
Q: How do I pay for a class?
A: You can choose to pay per class, or per term for group classes. Individual classes are paid per session. Please see the "Classes" page for more information. Payment is in cash or by bank transfer to Inspiration asbl's ING account 363-0384062-79 (IBAN BE58 3630 3840 6279).
Q: What if I have to miss a class?
A: Life happens! Space permitting, you can attend another class to make up for it within the same term. If at all possible, please let me know in advance if you can't attend in case someone else would like to join the class.
Q: Money is tight at the moment, but I really want to practice yoga. Can we find a solution?
A: Life can be challenging, and yoga can be a great support during trying times. Please don't let finances stand in the way of your yoga practice. Contact me to work something out. Students without work do not pay for classes. |
